Our member growers are also part owners of our company and have a supervisory capacity. Their level of involvement is just as high as in their own companies.
Board of Members
Within the cooperative structure our members are sub-divided into three regions. Each region sends a number of representatives to the board of members. The board of members is the General Assembly. Its tasks include adopting the annual financial statement and the multi-year vision. The board also acts as a sounding board for our directors and board of directors and supervisory board.
Supervisory board
The task of the supervisory board is supervising the board of directors of the cooperative. The supervisory board also establishes the general outlines of the members' strategy. The members of the supervisory board are elected by the board of members. The chairman of the supervisory board is Jan Wolthuis.
